Marcelo Burlon was born in Patagonia (Argentina), to an Italian father and a Lebanese mother. In 2012 he founded with two partners, Davide De Giglio and Claudio Antonioli Marcelo Burlon County of Milan, a brand that bears his name along with that of the city "who gave him everything". It starts with the production of t-shirts, sweatshirts and ponchos that stand out for the lively and somewhat aggressive prints around the neck of snakes, bird wings, wolves and other wildlife, combined with contemporary graphic motifs, inspired by symbols linked to the traditions of Patagonia. In 2015 he presented the first men’s collection at Pitti Uomo 87 and the first women’s collection at Milano Moda Donna.Argentina, in particular Patagonia, represents one of the distinctive features of the lines and graphic motifs used in the design and texture of the clothing he designed.
